1. What NduCore is

NduCore is a multi-tenant lending operations software platform for staff of lending organisations (tenants). It supports borrower onboarding, applications, disbursement recording, repayment servicing, collections workflows, and reporting.

NDUNDECODE provides software and related services. We do not lend money, take deposits, or act as a bank, credit provider, or payment institution under these terms unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

2. Accounts and access

Access to a production or pilot tenant requires an invitation or credentials issued by NDUNDECODE or your organisation's administrator. You must keep credentials confidential, use the system only for lawful business purposes, and ensure your users have appropriate roles and authority.

3. Your data and responsibilities

You remain responsible for the accuracy of borrower, loan, KYC, and repayment data entered into NduCore, for obtaining any consents required under applicable law, and for decisions to approve, decline, disburse, or collect. NduCore records operational events; it does not replace your credit policy, legal advice, or regulatory obligations.

4. Subscriptions and plans

Paid use is governed by the plan and commercial terms agreed with NDUNDECODE (including active-borrower limits where applicable). Fees, renewals, and suspension for non-payment are as set out in your order form, invoice, or written agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law, probe other tenants' data, overload the platform, upload unlawful content, or use NduCore to facilitate fraud or unlicensed lending.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, fix defects, and change non-material website content. Material changes to paid service scope will be communicated as agreed commercially.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NDUNDECODE is not liable for lending decisions, credit losses, regulatory fines arising from your operations, or indirect / consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for software services is limited as stated in your commercial agreement (or, if none, to fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim).

8. Marketing website

Information on this website is for general product education. It is not a credit offer, investment advice, or a representation that NduCore is licensed as a financial institution. Feature descriptions reflect the current product unless marked as roadmap.
